PathoScreen Mouse is a multi-pathogen diagnostic panel based on NGS (Next Generation Sequencing), which simultaneously detects 76 murine pathogens, namely bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. PathoScreen is highly reliable due to the sophisticated probe design and the professional Target Enrichment Technology employed, and is significantly more cost-effective than the multitude of PCR reactions that are the only alternative to our innovative method. Environmental samples (filters, swabs) as well as faecal and tissue materials are suitable test specimens.
